Due to the intense conditions of this program, no one under the age of 18 is permitted to participate in our Masters Vision Quest Adventure at this time.

Although we can and will take out short notice questers, people tend to do better if they have a little time to prepare mentally, emotionally and physically. If at all possible, please consider giving yourself at least 1-2 weeks (if not 30-60 days!) of preparation before scheduling your quest.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are coming alone and there is a group that is already forming for the week you've selected, you will be placed with that group (up to four people total). However, if no one else signs up for that week's quest, you will be questing in private and given the VIP treatment at no additional fee. We invite questers to consider staying with us as our guest (at no additional charge). Please bear in mind, we are NOT a bed and breakfast, nor are we a licensed lodging facility, spiritual retreat, or spa. (You really are staying in our home!) There's no room or maid service, (yes, you ARE expected to clean up after yourself) nor is it a pet/*smoke-free environment; we have horses, llamas, dogs and sometimes noisy exotic parrots. (*If there are non-smokers present, smokers are kindly asked to enjoy their cigarette out on the back porch or in a closed room of the house where it won't bother others.)

Also, depending on how many questers are scheduled during your adventure, and, unless you request to quest with individuals of your gender, you may find yourself sharing the co-ed bunkroom at our home. We have enough room for 4 guests in our home.

However, if privacy is more desirable or the above accommodations simply do not appeal to you for whatever reason, please feel free to reserve a room (at your expense) at a local lodging facility.

For those who decide to stay with us, our invitation also includes meals (breakfast / dinner / snacks) and the use of our home, kitchen and laundry facilities. If you have special dietary needs (organic / vegan / specialty diets / allergies, etc.) or prefer special foods, we recommend bringing your own groceries.

PLEASE NOTE: Because we sometimes run our quests back-to-back, we ask that all questers who elect to stay with us to check in NO earlier than 10:00 am on Saturday, and check out NO later than 9:00 am on their departure date (the following Friday) so that we may have time to prepare for our next group. Thank you!

IMPORTANT! Because our program involves time spent in the wilderness and is not without an element of risk, we recommend that you carry your own health, travel, and accident insurance. You will more than likely never use it; so far, no one ever has! However, if you end up manifesting an error that results in loss, injury, (or worse!) it's nice to have it available. We recommend obtaining your insurance through Travel Protection Services.

Since you are coming out here to participate in a Masters Vision Quest Adventure, it should go without saying that you will be expected to think, act, behave, create and manifest in harmony with your role as a spiritual master to the best of your ability. (This means you are 100% accountable and responsible for YOUR results and experiences!) To ensure your willingness to be accountable in ways that are reflective of this role you must sign a liability release form (posted below) in order to participate.

Registration Fee does NOT include airfare, gratuities, meals, lodging, or transportation/travel arrangements; other than those stated below.

Despite the rising costs sweeping our country, we are offering our quests at a modest and very affordable $850.00 (per person). (This offer will NOT last long! So don't delay scheduling your quest! We normally charge $2,000.00!)

In exchange, your adventure will include the following:

2 nights of lodging, meals, use of our home & laundry facilities (Complimentary/Optional)

Molecular Enhancer Session/s (Participants can request more sessions at no extra charge!)

A sweatlodge in Angel Light Lodge; the world's only cosmic sweatlodge for spiritual masters!

Spiritual InnerView Session (which is conducted throughout the adventure)

Transportation to and from the Master's Vision Quest site (Complimentary)

On-going support; BEFORE, DURING and AFTER your Vision Quest!

Four full days and nights out on your Masters Vision Quest

24 hr On-Call Support and optional checkups during your time out on the quest! If you end up conducting a private quest, you can request an overseer to be assigned to your quest, who will stay out with you in the wilderness at no additional charge.

Personal consultation and spiritual mastery training sessions with incredible one-on-one support and instruction

Use of our camping equipment and supplies (Complimentary/Optional)

*Complimentary pack llamas & their professional wranglers who will carry most (if not all) of your gear into the wilderness. Weight limit NOT to exceed 40 lbs per quester! (*Llama's participation depends entirely upon the llamas. We're still in the process of training them at the moment and aren't certain when they'll be ready to fulfill their role. However, we will keep questers posted.)

If you prefer not to pay by credit or debit card over the internet, simply follow the instructions posted in the Payment Center to submit your check or money order. (All checks/money orders must clear the bank before your registration is considered secured.)

PLEASE NOTE: As much as we'd like to, we cannot accept partial payments. All quests must be paid for in advance to secure your reservation!

(We are oftentimes booked months in advance, so the sooner you secure your reservations, the better! However, on some occasions, we have a cancellation and can work you in at the last minute, so don't hesitate to call first to ask about availability: 1-928-567-2291)

After we've received your Registration you will be emailed a confirmation along with a copy of this form enclosed for your records. We will also email you with details regarding your quest which are not posted on our site (Directions, etc.).

Cancellations with proper notice (no less than 30 days prior to your Quest) will receive a full refund minus a non-refundable retainer of $300.00.

*Cancellations made 29 days prior to your scheduled Masters Vision Quest Adventure will NOT be refunded! (But you CAN reschedule, providing there's an opening.)

"Short Notice Registrations" (less than 15 days) will NOT be refunded if cancelled!

A FULL refund on your deposit and remaining balance WILL be made only if we have to cancel your quest for some unforeseen reason.

In the unfortunate event that something goes horribly wrong during your Masters Vision Quest, the following Release Form was created for the purpose of legally protecting ourselves from unnecessary surprises. Naturally, we will do everything in our power to make sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience. We believe we are working with Spiritual Masters here and that it should go without saying that we are each personally 100% accountable and responsible for our OWN experiences and results in our lives.

Please be sure that you have read everything in the entire section of the Master's Vision Quest, and everything written in the box below BEFORE submitting this Registration Form.

** Electronic Legal Release and Hold Harmless Form ** 01- By filling out and submitting this online registration form for the Master's Vision Quest, you are agreeing that, as a Spiritual Master, you are willing to take 100% responsibility and accountability for YOUR results, experiences, and actions. 02- You also agree to hold harmless The Academy of Spiritual Self Mastery, Angel Light Lodge, its affiliates, associates, Team Members (Virginia Levy and Michael Garner), Supporting Staff, and anyone else not mentioned associated with the Academy of Spiritual Self Mastery's Masters Vision Quest Adventure; in the unfortunate event of an accident or injury which may or may not result in death or physical disability. 03- By submitting this form you are also stating that you are in good physical health and condition and, if you choose to participate in a fast, that you can physically endure 4 days without food, (you will be given plenty of water and emergency food in case your body changes your mind), hike over rugged terrain a short distance, and that you can personally endure moderate to intense levels of controlled heat involved in the sweatlodge experience. 04- You are also stating that you are knowingly and willingly participating in this life-changing experience; and are aware that there are certain risks involving extreme conditions that are out of our control, which you will be subjecting yourself to that could result in death, personal physical injury, or permanent/temporary disability. (We STRONGLY recommend carrying your own personal liability and accident/travel insurance.) 05- You are also aware that the monetary form of exchange we are accepting in exchange for our services as your personal spiritual guide is exchanged in compensation for our time, experience, wisdom, energies, and expenses incurred by the adventure. All other tangible, material or physical items are being provided for you free of charge, as a complimentary option you may elect to use to make your quest experience more enjoyable. These may include (but are not limited to) the use of our equipment, camping gear, lodging in our home as our guest, meals, supplies, llama packers, transportation to your chosen quest location and anything else not mentioned that may fall under this category. In other words, you are paying us to guide you on your quest- nothing more. The rest is complimentary. 06- Should you elect to conduct your Vision Quest on Federal Forest Service Land or Private property, you agree that you have been made fully aware that we are merely showing ideal locations that are suitable for such an adventure. We are NOT outfitters and are in no way implying as such. 07- We are Spiritual Guides who will check on you, per your request, to see to your safety and wellbeing. Therefore, while out on Private or Federal Forest Service Land you must consider and conduct yourself as would any individual hiker or camper. 08- If you start a wildfire, or are injured, or worse, YOU ARE 100% RESPONSIBLE for the results of your actions.
